Through our offices in the Midwest, we offer full service construction to a five state area including Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee, steadily growing our territory. Holt’s scope of repair and maintenance services include carpentry, floor covering, tile, concrete and masonry, roofing, gutters and downspouts, hail, fire, water and storm damage restoration, drywall, commercial painting and interior finishes.

In addition to working closely with apartment owners and managers, Holt is experienced in providing a range of construction services to Senior Living Owner/Managers, Commercial Building Owner/Managers and School Maintenance Supervisors.
