SCOPE OF WORK

The complete fire restoration of 42 apartment units. The project consisted of the following elements:

• Complete reframing of 22 apartment units and half of the building roof system
• Complete reframing of 1/2 of the entire buildings balcony system
• New block fire wall installation at 8 locations throughout the building
• Complete mechanical replacement of 22 units
• Complete insulation and drywall of 22 units
• New trim and cabinets for 22 units
• Complete floor covering and paint for all 42 units
• Complete punch of all 42 units
• New exterior steel and storm doors for 22 units
• New windows and aluminum wrap
• New vinyl siding
• New entry doors
