SCOPE OF WORK

The complete exterior rehabilitation of 16 apartment buildings. This consisted of the removal of all aluminum windows and replacement with new energy efficient vinyl windows. The exterior siding was also updated to new James Hardie cement board siding and Naco vinyl shake accents to all buildings over a layer of housewrap. New soffits and gutters were also applied to all buildings. All cement board siding had a fresh coat of paint applied to finish off the new look. New roofs topped off the project.
