SCOPE OF WORK
The complete exterior rehabilitation of 22 apartment buildings, 1 clubhouse, 1 fitness center, and 1 maintenance building. The project consisted of the following elements:

• New windows and aluminum wrap
• New Certainteed vinyl siding over 3/8" foam insulation
• Removal of wood "circular" accents on each balcony
• Balcony repair and selective rebuilding
• Installation of new vinyl railing systems
• New roofs at several apartment building entries
• Concrete sidewalk replacement
• Rear patio concrete replacement
• Street drain replacement
• Complete painting of un-sided elements
