SCOPE OF WORK
The complete exterior rehabilitation of 22 apartment buildings, 1 clubhouse, 1 fitness center, and 1 maintenance building. The project consisted of the following elements:
- New windows and aluminum wrap
- New Certainteed vinyl siding over 3/8" foam insulation
- Removal of wood "circular" accents on each balcony
- Balcony repair and selective rebuilding
- Installation of new vinyl railing systems
- New roofs at several apartment building entries
- Concrete sidewalk replacement
- Rear patio concrete replacement
- Street drain replacement
- Complete painting of un-sided elements
