Holt can provide any and all services. From the roofing material to the concrete sidewalks and anything in between. As a full service GC, we can either self perform or sub-contract any project need.
When Holt is hired to complete maintenance, Holt covers the entire gamut. We offer services from completing the entire punch list (ex: finish hardware, HVAC check, door replacement, etc.) to clearing sidewalks in the winter. Holt will serve as your maintenance staff until you are covered.
When you work with Holt, you know the property maintenance work will get done in a proactive fashion so you can plan for large projects that require planning and budget considerations.
