Subtractor Information

At Holt, we value the contributions that each of our subcontractors make in providing quality services to our customers. To ensure that all of our subcontractors meet our customer’s standards, we require that all subcontractors provide us with all of the forms contained in the subcontractor packet.

It is vital that all of the information and documents are completed and submitted prior to beginning any work. You will not be paid until we have received ALL of the required documents.

Subcontractor Insurance Requirements

General Liability

  • $1,000,000 Occurrence

  • $2,000,000 Aggregate

Workers Compensation

  • $100,000 Accident

  • $500,000 Policy Limit

  • $100,000 Ea Employee

Holt Property Services is to be listed as additional insured.....

A Waiver from the State must be provided if Work Comp not provided
